Contact Award Rate

Everything reaches editors@awardrate.com, read by the editor, with the subject line deciding what gets picked up first. Corrections and stale offers are acknowledged within one business day and jump ahead of everything else. There is no contact form, no ticketing system and no chatbot in the way.

The report we most want

Found an offer or a figure that is out of date?

Card terms change without notice, and the day a page goes stale it becomes a false statement about a live financial product. Every card on this site was reconciled against the issuer’s own disclosure on or before — if you have found something that has moved since, this is the fastest way to tell us. It goes to the top of the queue and the correction is credited to you if you want it.

Report a stale offerRead the corrections policy

The button opens your email client with the fields we need already laid out. If it does not, write to editors@awardrate.com with “Stale offer” in the subject.

Where your message goes

One address, subject-line routing. That is the honest arrangement for a single-editor newsroom, and it beats five aliases pointing at the same inbox. Put the subject tag at the front of the line and the rest in your own words.

Contact routes and response timesResponse times are commitments to reply, not to resolve. A correction takes longer to confirm than to acknowledge, because we verify against the issuer’s or program’s own document before changing anything.

A stale or wrong offerAn offer that has changed, a fee that no longer matches the issuer’s page, a partner that has been dropped, a benefit that has been cut. What we cannot help with

Award Rate is a publisher. It is not a bank, a lender, a card issuer, a broker or a financial advisor, and it holds no relationship with your issuer. These are the requests we get most often and genuinely cannot answer — said plainly here so you do not lose a week waiting.

  • Tell you whether you will be approved for a card

Approval is entirely the issuer’s decision and depends on your credit file, your existing relationships and internal rules none of us can see. Anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing.

What we can do is publish the application restrictions that cause most declines, on every review. See the pages that cover it.

  • Look up, fix or escalate anything on your account

We have no relationship with your issuer, no access to any account, and no line into anybody’s customer service. We are a publisher, not an intermediary.

The issuer’s own rates-and-terms page is linked from every card on this site. See the pages that cover it.

  • Give you personal financial advice

Nothing here is advice and none of it is tailored to your circumstances. We are not licensed to advise, and a stranger with a points blog is the wrong person to ask about your debt.

If you are carrying a balance, the rewards conversation is the wrong conversation — every review says so. See the pages that cover it.

  • Get you a targeted or elevated offer

Targeted offers come from the issuer’s own models. We have no ability to trigger one, and no link on this site produces a better offer than the issuer is already showing you.

We do publish when a public offer is elevated against its own history. See the pages that cover it.

  • Book an award for you as a service

We are not a travel agency and we do not take booking fees or commissions from readers, ever.

Send an itinerary you cannot make price and we will often work it out in public, because that is where our best guides come from. See the pages that cover it.
